Fixing how Nepali's List and Rent on KHOZNA

ROLE Lead Product Designer
TIMELINE 2 Months (Summer 2026)

1. The Problem Context

Landlords in Nepal struggle to present property details professionally. Renters spend weeks visiting physical sites due to unverified listings, leading to lack of trust and high commission overheads.

2. UX Solutions Implemented

Standardized verification criteria that rewards landlords with a trust score. Designed a clean, icon-based amenity selector, real-time alert routing, and a custom currency displaying font style for pricing transparency.

3. Visual Highlights

Created a premium glass, curved interface featuring dark headers, vibrant indicator pills, and standard typography layouts, elevating visual aesthetics to global design benchmarks.
